Unfortunately, ICL Toronto will not be opening this winter. We haven't been able to secure a building that allows for three full-size courts, and we won't compromise on that.

In indoor cricket, the courts are the game. Full-tension nets mean the ball comes back off them and stays live — you play shots off the net and can take classic catches off them. Also, full-size courts match international tournament dimensions, so a proper facility here could one day host international indoor cricket.

The requirement is a hard one: the courts require 40 feet between columns and 20 feet of clearance height. Very little in the GTA is built that way. So, with this winter window now closed, we'll return to the search in the new year. We don't yet have a date and won't invent one. When we have a signed lease, you'll hear it from us first.

Nothing is needed from you. If you're on the list or already registered, we'll keep your details on file and keep you in the loop as things move. Lastly, through the winter, we won’t be sending weekly emails and will send updates as information becomes available. You can still register for free anytime by clicking the button below.

Thanks for sticking with us, and see you next year.
